Do we need to take form from college or we can download and submit? What date we need to put in DD?

Last date of submission of form : 4th April 2015 The admission process would be conducted at: Mumbai: SIESCOMS campus (11h April, 2015 onwards) Delhi: (25-26 April 2015) Bengaluru: (26th April 2015) Bhopal: (26 April 2015), Ahmedabad: (26 April 2015). Note: Any of the outstation centers can be changed at the discretion of the institute depending on response. Other centers may also be added depending on response. The venue of the process at the outstation campus would be uploaded in due course. To register kindly download and fill the application form on the website and follow the instructions mentioned in the Guidelines & FAQ's tabs, if any have any specific queries while filling the form and applying to the college.
