Do we need to upload 12th mark sheet for NATA 2018? If yes, will anyone give me the website for uploading the same? I am from Kerala.

Yes, you need to upload the documents to the regional examination authority or go to the office of examination authority responsible for counseling and verify your documents.

If you are from Karnataka, you need to upload both PU marks card and NATA score card into KEA website. Yoy can search for KCET 2018. CET 2018 doc verification Just scroll a bit down there you can see 2018 marks entry Click there and you can upload. hope this helps u! thank you!
