DO you all know NIM was establised in 2006...yes it was not establised in 1990....? CHEATS.ask about establisment certificate from them.?

Hi shikshagijoo, I have done Graduate Diploma in Electronic Engineering, from NIM, Mumbai in 2008. Is it possible to do embasy attestation for gulf countries, since some people says that all embassies will reject these certificates, pls advice
