    Yes, the marks are seen and sometimes part of evaluation criteria too. Depends from IIM to IIM

    Yes, a little weightage is given to the 11th and 12th marks. However it is not really the major deciding factor. The major factor is CAT score and interview score. Also your graduation marks are considered along with CAT score. So basically your academic history and overall profile matters.
