It wont affect that much your placement depends on your performance during the interview process

Hi Shivraj , There is no such thing as an experienced person given more credit .it all depends on the way you perform on the day of the interview .Sometimes there are companies who want only freshers to be recruited and few ask for only experienced depending on the job profiles and companies needs .
