Hello,
1. IGNOU fee will be Rs. 12,600 for 3 years.
2. Nalanda Open University Fees will be Rs 7,200 for 3 years
3. wisdom School of Management fee will be Rs 45,000 for 3 years
4. netaji subhas open University fees will be Rs 14,598 for 3 years
5. Uttarakhand open University fees will be Rs 62,45

Please visit the University site. For online mode, candidates need to visit the IGNOU Online Admission website at :https://onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in. Now July admissions. Last date was 30th June. Now you can try next session it will start in January 2020. wish you good luck!
