CBSE recommended a 30:30:40 formula to evaluate Class 12 students where 30 per cent weightage is given to Class 10th and 11th final results respectively, and 40 per cent to 12th pre-board exams. Practicals are for 100 marks and the students are marked based on the marks submitted by the schools.

Absolutely not. It's wrong formula. You know private CBSE schools in 11th give marks very tightly. Even if a student is capable to score 95%, he is kept within 80% to let him to do hard work for scoring good in 12th. In 12th home exams or say assignments and others once again students are tightend. Now in present situation these low scored marks will reflect in 12th final and will cause a huge loss.

I think this not satisfying criteria as many school sent inflated marks of their students in bundle. Especially private school make misuse of it. And government. School students have to pay for it during college admission.

No, I am not happy with that because in state they got lots of marks from school usually then ICSE no words BUT CBSE'S way of distribution of marks is disturbing as in 11th standard there was no proper system and in 10th people may have not performed well. THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT WAY because SOME SCHOOLS HOLD GRUDGE ON STUDENTS AND IT WILL REFLECT SOON!

No, it was not. We are not happy with the results. School has shown huge partiality with the students. The ones who cleared JEE are assessed full. And the others like nothing.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Thursday submitted to the Supreme Court a 40:30:30 formula for evaluation of marks of Class XII students, which will be based on their Class XII Class XI and Class X results, respectively. I scored 98 percent in class 10th examinations but moved to Kotak for further schooling. My school never really gave good results and hence over sixty percent of my scores are doomed. Mind it that I scored 99.876 percentile in her Mains, which was never achieved by my school students either. -
The CBSE is going to make the results of class 12th on the basis of historic reference I. e. on class 10th, 11th and 12th pre-board marks. I will not happy with these marks!
