    Hello,
Extrovert is the person who is very participative in every discussion, the one who is very observant and makes his voice stand in front of the masses of the people. Hence you will realize that you have to be an extrovert to have a successful career in mass communication. In mass communication, you will have to face large group of public to ask for the opinion, to give your own personal views and to setup a communication channel between government and public. Hence, it is very much necessary for you to be straightforward.TV anchors and content writers always speak in debates, talk shows and in interviews. They are well-equipped wi

Gone are the days when people thought this field is only for extroverts. Not everyone who is associated with this field has to travel or has to be the face of the camera, there are domains that requires you to remain seated at your desk. All those dialogues that you fall in love with when Tyrion Lannister speaks on Game of Thrones, is the work of talented scriptwriters who work behind the screens to make the character come alive. So those who say that introverts should not apply to this field, however, that is just a myth.

Not really. It is not about being extrovert or introvert. It is about having that passion and curiosity to tell stories, be objective and work hard. The world is changing. And changing fast. To be successful in mass communication career, one needs to be well read, good with reading and writing, updated on current affairs and creative in the way they see the world. The classic credo of why chaining and five was and H is all needed to be effective. And a good Journalism and Mass communication degree helps for a good university.

Introverts are believed to be those who speak less in public and are reluctant to participate in group or public interactions. They are also said to be shy as well as passive to take initiative.
Extroverts, on the other hand, are said to be outspoken and enthusiastic to be a part of the 'Communication Loop'. There is another positive thing stated about the extroverts that they are good at communication skills.
In my opinion, this demarcation should not be considered while one enters the communication studies, be it mass communication or it is management or humanities and arts.
If the ".vert" this is just a concern and relates to speaking

Mass communication is not only about facing the camera, it is a lot more than that. Yes, one has to be outgoing when he/she thinks of certain fields such as anchoring, reporting or acting. Basically the field that involves interacting with the masses or travelling but there are also other things to be considered like the TV series we like, the movies we enjoy, radio programmes we tune in daily and the news bulletin that keeps us updated. This is the final product we see or listen or read and it is the outcome of different steps involved. Professionals work day and night to make it happen. It comes all to the point of being good at what
