Hello Pausali,
Shiksha is neither a college nor a University. It is only a platform where, we the counsellors, can give advice to the young students on their queries. Hence, the answer to your query is 'no'. Shiksha does not offer to conduct Ph.D.

Hello with ten years of banking experience, you are perhaps eminently suited to carry out resesrch. You can definitely do this. Almost all universities have this facility. Firstly you need to decide on the university. Then clear entrance exam for Ph.D. Then contact guide from amongst available list.
