Do you recommend cadet training programme (it's costly) or integrated CPL & B.Sc aviation?
I'm 24 years old and I discontinued my BE aeronautical engineering due to health issues. I want to become a pilot.

See, if money is not a constraint, then CPP is the best option. Otherwise integrated CPL is a good option. But remember you will always have to be good at your books and subjects throughout to get selected by any airline to get a job. So if you keep yourself current and prepared with the technical knowledge you can easily get a job, irrespective of from where you do it.
