If you want to get in top B-Schools only entrance score is not important you should also crack GD and PI as per their standards.

No, all sections are equally important like entrance scores important for getting call from any B-School and after that they decide to whom they want to give admission basis on GD and PI.

Great. I am happy to hear that people have the right impression about this because this is the right thought. Lots of students think otherwise and they go mess up the GD and PI leading to a loss of opportunity. Thanks a lot for the replies people. Spread the word.

No, I really don't think so. The CAT 2019 selection process includes:
Screening of candidates on the basis of CAT 2019 score
Written Ability Test/Group Discussion/Personal Interview (What/GD/PI)
Computation of Composite Score and Final Selection
