do you think that a student securing 60% marks in 12th can clear civil services exam?
today result for the civil services exam was declared and everyone who cleared were toppers of their time.

YES. That's the beauty of it. It is totally transperant. U know what is required., Type of Qns and the Procedure. Albeit one may need more attempts there is always a possibility of clearing at the FIRST attempt as well

No there are not any this like of elligiblity for the cicivl service exam ,for passing in civil examination you have to sharp in Analytical skills,Reasoning and maths,General knowledge and English Vocabulary
