    Hello,Yes, they do, for some companies for shortlisting for the interview rounds. This is done for the purpose of decreasing the huge number of applicants.

    Hi,
    It totally depends on the company for which you are going to apply. Some companies shortlist candidates according to the 12th marks, some company use triple seven rule (70 percentage in 10th, 12th, UG and PG). some only see your skills and set 60% marks as their criteria to select a candidate for an interview call.
