Does 10th and 12th standard marks or good score matter in competitive exams like SAT and TOEFL in further studies abroad?

Yes, it matters. Most colleges look for students, who have performed well not only in school exams, but also in competitive exams like SAT and ACT.

Yes, it is not only class 10th & 12th but 9th & 11th too. Also, if you manage to get a good score in TOEFL & SAT, it'll help you to get admission in the top universities. You can get a scholarship too.
