Does 12th percentage matter during campus placements after MBA?

Some companies do give importance to 12th marks like Deloitte and but it's not for all the companies. -

If you were weak in 12th exam, but have good scores in degree & MBA. Also, if your performance level is good in Interview during placement, chances of considering your 12th exam will be less. -
Yes, at least 60% is required for some reputed and good company.
