Does 60% marks in class 12th boards including 60% in PCM make us eligible to get admission into DTU?

I mean isn't it necessary to get a particular amount of marks in JEE Mains to get admission into DTU or we can get admission by getting 60% in boards or good marks in JEE? Like if I get 60% in boards and I am unable to score good marks in JEE Mains will I get admission into DTU?
