Yes, a college plays an important role in a person's life after school. Every college organize various programs related to general knowledge, personality development through quizzes, cultural programs, etc.

Yes, it does. After home, college is the place where students spend more hours and that too probably on daily basis, so the tutors and the management authorities should give timely guidance to their students to help them to be responsible and good citizens. -
