Yes, a college plays an important role in a person's life after school. Every college organize various programs related to general knowledge, personality development through quizzes, cultural programs, etc.

Yes, it does. After home, college is the place where students spend more hours and that too probably on daily basis, so the tutors and the management authorities should give timely guidance to their students to help them to be responsible and good citizens.

There may not be direct attempts, sometimes. The introduction of tutorial system in engineering colleges is generally found. It is vital in counseling and correcting and guiding towards a good career. The counseling is very commonly done.
