Does a combined mark sheet of first and second year creates a hurdle during job search?

I did distance MBA from Shohbit university and have received one combined mark sheet for first and second year.

Hi, Please remember every university or institute have their own prescribed way to offer mark sheet or course completion certificates to their students. Some institutes or universities issues a combined marksheet and some issues separate markssheet for each year, and both are equally valid and acc
