  • No, a girl belonging to the OBC Creamy Layer category does not get any reservation in IIT admissions.In the IIT admission process (JEE Advanced), reservations for Other Backward Classes (OBC) apply only to candidates belonging to the Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL) category. Since the candidate falls under the Creamy Layer, she will be considered under the General (Unreserved) category and will not be eligible for OBC-NCL benefits.
