Thanx @||aru.chopra|| Dear Sandeep, There is no need to pursue UGC JRF. In fact, all the time, international universities publicize the need for research fellows. You may apply with a letter of recommendation from your IIT/IISc professor/dean/HOD. The chances of success for IIT alumni is very high
