Does a student need maths in order to pursue an honors degree in the same?
My sister needs to get admission in this course.

Be more specific and clear in what you are asking. Maths honors is a degree generally as B.Sc maths honors or BA math honors. A candidate is eligible for this degree only when he has studied maths in his 12th standard.
