Maths is not necessary but knowledge in maths can be an added advantage as in fashion designing you require geometry for designing clothes in 3D like rotations, reflexion, etc. The basic eligibility is minimum 50% or above in class 12th from any recognised board. Some good institutes like NIFT, NID
