    Yes, there are a lot of companies which come and they don't have any criteria.

    Yes, a student is eligible for sitting placement interviews but certain companies have qualifying criteria which you need to clear. So, you will be eligible for some of the companies which doesn't have marks as a criteria for interview.

    I don't have much idea about this because sitting in placement interview all depends on the company's eligibility criteria.

    Hi Atish
    Eligibility criteria is decided by company only, but if one wants to sit for good companies then one needs to score at least more than 65 % over all even in your graduation . You should have an explanation for that year back other than that person will be eligible to sit for other companies whose criteria will match with your profile.
