Does a triple major holds same value as honor course & can we do Masters from abroad in any one subject after a triple major degree.

I scored 94.5% in my class 12th. I got admission in Kristu Jayanti college Bangalore, in a triple major course. Psychology, Journalism, and optional English. I wish to do Psychology honours and later Masters in that from abroad.
