Does a year's gap after graduation affect MBA admissions?

    Hi, Nowadays, keeping a gap will be a concern in future. Let me tell you the top Iims or universities like SRM, Lovely Professional University, Amity have their qualifying exams and then Interviews for admissions in MBA. So, you have to justify the same. Some of the mentioned universities still have their test and interview going on. You can try for them.

    It doesn't matter much. However, you should have a valid reason for it as your answer to it during the Personal Interview stage would matter.

    Hi there,
    Having a gap is not a big deal, but yes, you will need to specify a reason for that gap in order to get admissions. You will need to provide an affidavit citing the reasons for having a gap.
    Rest, it won't affect you at all.

    No, it will not affect your MBA admission. But it will affect when you go for the placements because they will ask what you did during that gap year.
