Does academic percentages count after gaining experience?

well most mnc's want is good percentage in academic... i have low percentage in12th that is 56% and in 10th and in graduation is above 60% if i score above 60% in MCA too.. will i be eligible for mnc company.. if not...will i be eligilble after ganing some years of experience??

Academic percentages count throughout your life but ofcourse experience counts a lot. In the long run it is your experience which provide you better carrier prospects. Thank you.

Collecting degree is not enough u must have practically sound also. First of all i would like tu suggest u that whatever u r doing do it thoroughly. Clear ur fundamental concepts. It should not be like that making second floor without any foundations. Industry requires Technically sound professional

Yea but these are two separate thngs n smtym ppl do count academic % but experience do cum vid tym....if ew r capable 2 convince thm dan only experience matters
