No, a 100% scholarship is not available from New Delhi's Acharya Narendra Dev College. Even though, ANDC does provide students with a range of scholarships, such as The Ms. Teena Gupta Memorial Scholarship consists of six fellowships, each worth INR 6,000, and has a total value of INR 6,000.
