Ajeenkya DY Patil University (ADYPU) offers UG, PG,  and PhD courses across various streams. The University offers UG-level programmes such as BTech, BDes, BA, BCom, and others. At the PG-level,  the available programmes are MTech,  MDes, MBA, and others.

Ajeenkya DY Patil University, School of Engineering admissions are offered based on ACET scores of the candidates. ACET is the in-house entrance exam for ADYPU. Candidates can also apply for BTech based on their JEE Main/ MHT CET and MHT CET MTech/ GATE for M.Tech programmes.
