    No,  Allahabad State University does not provide 100% scholarships but does provide need-based and merit-based scholarships to deserving students. These scholarships are offered by various governing bodies: UGC Scholarship,  Rajiv Gandhi Scholarship and Jawahar Bahawan Trust Scholarship.
