does an MBA/PGDM program through distance learning will help me in changing my career field?
Dear sir
I have done my post-graduation in english. now I am working as a lecturer in a private engineering college. but I want to shift to corporate world. now if i do PGDHRM in distance mode from symbiosis would it be helpful. I have heard that there is no value of MBA/PGDM done in distance mode.

It is absolutely wrong. Corporates do understand that people, who are working, can further their career prospects, only doing a part time or distant program. Symbiosis is a very reputed B School , and I suggest you take up the program.

MBA / PGBDA doesn through distance education mode do have value specifically for those who already have some work experience. You may go ahead with Symbiosis. HR would be a good choice for specialization.
