    For management quota seats, private engineering institutes generally request money from applicants. But it goes without saying that these are illegal. High fees imposed by these universities are legitimate. Therefore, these universities typically request such donations in cash when there is no way to connect the giver to the done D.Ed. Of course, there may be certain organisations receiving donations under the guise of charity organisations founded by the same management but serving distinct purposes.

    Hello Shahwaz Alam, donations for admissions in private Engineering colleges are invariably demanded for management quota seats. But these are of course illegal in nature. What is legal is high fees charged by such colleges. Hence these colleges normally demand such donations in cash where no trace is to be found between the donor and the done. Of course there maybe some institutions that could be accepting such donations in the name of charitable institutions established by the same management for different purposes.
