Does anyone know anything about the IEEE certified software developer associate programme?

I am a b.tech graduate. Does this certification has any value in India? Which institute in India provides this certification?Please help with the details.Thank you.

    Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) is an ISO-accredited professional certification in software engineering offered by the IEEE Computer Society to mid-career software development practitioners.
