International students must submit proof of English Language proficiency to be considered for Arkansas State University admission ( especially in non-English speaking countries). Students can demonstrate that they are proficient in English by submitting the English proficiency test scores.

Note: The new requirements are not applicable to already admitted students. Also Summer 2024 & Fall 2024 fresh applications will be accepted with old requirements before Dec 31, 2023 if appropriate documents are uploaded in the portal with green tick mark.
