I dont think these factos should effect giving a upsc exams. So many friends of mine, are preparing for IAS and they had also dropped 1-2 years in preparing. They dont have 1st class marks in graduation. So Divij, enjoy and prepare for the UPSC with hard work. Found my answer worth. Please raise Th
