External scholarship requirements differ widely from scholarship to scholarship. They typically include academic achievement, economic necessity, religious affinity, ethnic status, ethnicity, cultural affiliations, or other relevant criteria essential to the person or group sponsoring. Students are urged to seek as many external grants as practicable.</p>
