If you're planning to take admission in Gujarat and that too from B.K., then it's the best college in 3 areas. 1.) 2nd oldest college after IIM-A 2.) Highest Placements in CMAT colleges, 3.) Cheapest college in terms of fees.

Value can only be defined in reference to some other college. But, in general with yes its worth doing MBA then other colleges in Gujarat.
If you get admission in Nirma, MICA, or PDPU then its different story.
