Does B.Sc has a good scope for a bright future?

For B.Sc. Honors course, career prospects in terms of job opportunities depend on the specialisation a student opts for. For instance, students with a degree in B.Sc. (Honours) Physics can apply for a job as a financial analyst, lab technician, etc. Whereas students with a degree in B.Sc. (Honours) Chemistry can apply for a job in sectors such as medical research, laboratories, utility companies, technical journals, etc. Students pursuing a degree in B.Sc. General course can apply for a job in fields such as teaching, banking, and marketing. It may be noted that there are many job prospects for students pursuing B.Sc. Honors and B.Sc. General courses in both Science and non-Science fields. However, it is recommended for students to pursue a Masters programme after getting their Bachelor of Science degree to get a better profile and higher salaried jobs in their respective fields. Apart from the research jobs, students can also work or get jobs in Marketing, Business & other technical fields. Science graduates also are recruited in the bank sector to work as customer service executives. Students can also find employment in government sectors.
