Does B.Sc nursing have good scope for males?

    Hi,
    Traditionally, nursing has been a women oriented profession. Though the number of male nurses is increasing. Outside of India the number of male nurses is much higher. There is a great demand of trained nurses. It does not make much difference whether you have done Diploma in nursing or B.Sc in nursing as far as job opportunities and growth prospects are concerned. In some hospitals, there could be some difference in the structure of increments and promotions. However, this is not significant.
