Does Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering hold the same value as of B.Tech in chemical engineering?

Hello Vijay,
Many years ago, some universities were awarding degree of B.Sc in engineering. But I think now a days only BE or B.Tech. However I would be interested if you can let me know if such degree is still awarded.
