Work experience is good for MBA students as it adds value to their profiles. It is not necessary that to do MBA in HR you need to have experience in corporates in HR roles. We have lots of students from Engineering background having no experience in HR and doing well in this domain here at SIBM Pune.
So, it does not matter if you don't have prior HR experience.
