Yes, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology (BAIT) accepts admission based on the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) (JEE Main) rank. The JEE-Main cutoff for the general category at BAIT Is 2316 - 26621.
To pursue undergraduate programs (BE/B.Tech) at BAIT, candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. They must also participate in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counseling process

Admission to BTech or BE course of BAIT Coimbatore is via TNEA Counselling. Aspirants can apply for TNEA with their Class 12 marks. Hence, aspirants do not require to qualify JEE Main for BE/ BTech admission. Aspirants only need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission.
