Does BBA from PRIDE (Periyar Institute of Distance Education) have the same value as a regular candidate for job prospects in the future?

If this institution has an affiliation with a recognized university. Surely it will have the same value as that for a regular candidate. All you have to do is to maintain good grades and decide what you want to study further.
