Yes, National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Kolkata is offers Under Graduation courses and certification in Electronics and Communications Technology (IECT) domain. There is no BBA course as of now in NIELIT so we cannot compare it directly to BCA but this institute degree programme and certifications has a high value in corporate industry.
