Does BCECEB release separate Bihar PGMAC seat allotment result for each round?

Candidates who registered but didn't declare choices in round-1 or round-2 due to any reason. In addtion, those who were allotted seats in round-1 but took free exit. Third condition is when candidates didn't do whole process of registration in round-1 or round-2 can complete whole process afresh in round-3.
