No, Bielefeld University is a public university in Germany that charges zero tuition fee from Indian students.
These students are only required to pay a semester fee of around EUR 333.65 (INR 36.3K) for the Winter Semester 2026/27.
This fee includes a full-semester NRW public transport pass.
