Yes, it does accept MAT score. I am currently studying in BIMM executive (marketing), and last year I have given just MAT exam and no others. So, don't worry. You will get admissions through it. But, how much marks have you scored?

Yes, BIMM does accept MAT score, but you can give MAT in February too. MAT score is not compulsory now to fill the form. There is no such composite score set as of now. Maximum weightage is given to GD PI for now then comes the score weightage. I am a current student of BIMM so if you have any doubt regarding anything else then comment below and contact me. I can also give you vouchers to fill the form at a discounted price, if you are interested and have not filled the form yet.
