Hi Pavan. You have a very good academics if you able to perform good in GD&PI round you will definitely get HR. No it focus on the core area for the corporate world. Many colleges shift to dual specialization where a student miss the basic core element of the subject. In BIMM you will be focusing on One specialization whether its marketing , HR , operations etc. And trust me a company wants a person to specialize in one area. Average salary of HR is 6,00,000.
Hope i have answer your query.

Congratulations on a stellar performance in your entrance exam i.e. MAT. Your academics are brilliant as well. You have a great chance to get selected. It is to be noted that only 30% weightage is given to the entrance scores and the rest depends upon how you perform in your GD/PI. To prepare for your GD/PI, be well versed with the present political and business environment of India. No, BIMM does not have dual specialization. Avg salary for HR specialization this year has been around 5.5 lpa. Hope this answers your query. All the best.
