Yes, BIMS powered by Sunstone has a clear refund policy. If a candidate requests a refund before the commencement of classes, INR 5,000 will be deducted from the Sunstone fee. However, no refunds are issued for Sunstone fees after classes begin. For college fees, refunds follow AICTE/UGC guidelines, allowing requests before class commencement with a deduction of up to INR 1,000 or 10% of the fee paid (whichever is lower). Refunds for college fees adhere to the respective college's timeline. For assistance, candidates can contact their counsellor, by using the mobile app's “Help” section.
