Binghamton attracts high quality students from all over the world and offer them scholarships during studies to manage thier expenses. Applicants are autmatically eligible for scholarships and do not require a separate application for it. The university provides the full cost of attendance (approximately USD 30,000 or INR 25.19 L) per year to five incoming first-year students for up to four years of undergraduate study, if they maintain a specified GPA.

Nonetheless, Binghamton University suggests that students check the details provided by the Office of International Student and Scholar Services Office (ISSS). International students can also explore private loans with a U.S. citizen as a co-signer.
