Does Bishop Heber college offer engineering degree?

My friend got call that they selected his daughter has been selected for Engineering course (I dont know how they selected his daughter number from general pool) and asking for admission fees. When I checked college site I dont see engineering degree. I wanted to check if this is real

The degrees offered at the undergraduate level by Bishop Heber College are BA, BSc, Bcom, BBA, BVoc, BCA. *Hence, it does not offer engineering degree programs.*
